F45 RIVERVIEW FL

I have been here since they opened. They have been so great with me working through conditions I have and I have lost 50lbs since joining this gym.

F45 Riverview is literally my second home. I have been going here for almost two years now, and never once have I ever felt out of place. All of the coaches make me feel welcome and like part of a family. When I began my fitness journey at F45, I had no idea what I was doing, but the coaches and the program made it so easy for me. There are modifications for everything, and the coaches are right there next to you helping you with each move. At first, I was going just to get into shape, but I quickly realized all of the benefits. It’s family, therapy, a hobby, a healthy obsession… I watched my body and my mind transform at this gym, and for that I will always be thankful.

Great atmosphere! Coaches and members are all supportive and keeps you motivated.

The staff is very professional and does a great job in making sure it is a good experience for people of all levels. The studio is always clean and very organized. Keep up the good work.

I visited F45 on my birthday to “try something new” and fell in love. It was their Tuesday cardio class that kicked our butts but I loved it! It was a challenging workout in less than a lunch break’s time. I did not intend on joining afterwards but my husband saw how much I enjoyed the group workout and we both decided to join within 2 days of our initial trial. I’ve been a member for 2 months now and enjoy the workouts and all the personable coaches who motivate you to push through. As a working mom with little ones, the class schedule is perfect and allows me to go early morning, mid day on lunch or even in the evenings (plus they now offer childcare for some class times). Prior to F45, I was working out at home in my garage. I accomplished many goals with that technique but I wanted more and I’ve been able to receive that with their classes. I’m able to tone my body as desired with their preset workouts. Every workout is unique and there’s no guess work. I can go in and know I’m getting an effective workout under an hour

F45 Riverview has become my new gym home. The studio is well-maintained, the trainers are encouraging and supportive, and the workouts are challenging. They offer a variety of workouts at convenient times. The trainers show modifications to exercises to accommodate for fitness levels. I’m excited to continue my health journey!
