My boyfriend and I are former college athletes and we were looking for something new, challenging and fun to get back into the workout routine. Although we both have never tried group fitness, we decided to try out F45 and absolutely loved it! It’s quick, the class times work with our schedule and it feels good to be back in the gym! The staff has been wonderful. They always has a smile on their face, eased our minds going into the first class and greeted us by name after the first day, treating us like family. They are always more than willing to help us with scheduling or any questions we may have. In regards to the trainers, they have been beyond amazing! We absolutely love taking all their classes. They push you to be your best and creates such an inviting, motivating atmosphere. I attended the hour long Saturday class with a DJ included at F45 Hodges-Kernan. I was worried for myself at the beginning when the instructor explained all the exercises. I didn’t think I’d last more than 15 minutes. The instructor kept her eyes on everyone…individually encouraging, and modifying exercises for those of us that needed it. The music made you want to move your body and gave me something to focus on. I completed the class with the encouragement of the instructor and even the DJ. I walked out feeling like I could conquer the world. The next day I was sore but every ache was well worth it. I highly recommend you put your sneakers on and attend a class to see for yourself!
